Solutions was formed in 1995
and over that time has developed into a leading multidisciplinary health
and fitness centre based in Sydney's Inner West. Our centre includes a fully
equipped Pilates exercise facility, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Massage
Therapy, Acupuncture and Dietitian. This broad range of services ensures that,
whether it is for general fitness and wellbeing, or for more specific
treatment including injury rehabilitation, our qualified and experienced
practitioners and staff will be able to assist.
